Donate 2 Dance was started by a couple of dancing sisters in 2018, with a belief that every child deserves the chance to dance. This awesome non-profit has helped over 40,000 dancers and shipped donations to over 350 programs around the world. The programs they partner with serve at-risk youth, those with special needs, and underserved communities.

Black Hills Dance Boutique is excited to partner with Donate 2 Dance to collect dancewear, costume and shoe donations that will be sent around the world.

Stop by the boutique and look for our Donate 2 Dance bin, where you can drop off new tights, gently used dancewear, shoes (tap, ballet & jazz), and dance costumes. What a great way to give your gently used items a new life and spread the joy of dance around the world!

Josh and Stacy Nehring lost their oldest daughter, Lilli, in a heart-rending car accident. Amidst unbearable pain and grief, they sought ways in our community to spread good, something Lilli did daily.

The Live Like Lilli Foundation was started to carry on Lilli's legacy of kindness. She loved to dance, and the foundation now provides dance scholarships to help those who may not otherwise be able to afford dance classes in the Rapid City area.

Black Hills Dance Boutique has joyfully partnered with the Live Like Lilli Foundation to provide dancewear for the dance scholarship recipients.

Let's spread the joy of doing good!

The Dancers Against Cancer campaign was founded in 2012 in response to the loss of a young dancer from cancer. Since then, it has become a beacon of hope in the dance community, uniting dancers all over the nation. The non-profit provides financial assistance to dance educators, dancers, and family members impacted by cancer.

Black Hills Dance Boutique is grateful to support Dancers Against Cancer by providing donated auction items for fundraisers that directly support the organization, helping to make a difference in the dance community and in the lives of dancers fighting cancer.
